Positions
The EUC does not hold members. Each person involved with the EUC has a specific role to fill and responsibility to the college. The current officer list can be found at the College of Engineering Website. A description of the responsibilities of each role is listed below.
President
The President has the authority to call a meeting of the Council at any time upon at least one week's notice. The President shall act as the official representative of the undergraduate students in the College of Engineering to any intercollegiate committee, or organization, which might request such representation from the College of Engineering unless the Council has elected a delegate.
Vice President
The Vice President's primary responsibility is to organize and coordinate events with the student organizations within the College of Engineering. The Student Affairs meetings will be held on a month basis. All student groups are welcome and encouraged to attend these meetings to give their input and voice their concerns to the College.
Events Coordinator
The Events Coordinator's primary responsibility is to plan, execute and maintain EUC's involvement with the events of the College of Engineering. It is the Events Coordinator's job to delegate responsibilities to other members of the council. Currently, the events are:

Secretary
The Secretary shall keep an accurate record of the minutes of all meetings, both EUC and Student Affairs, that occur within the Council and shall make these records open and available on the EUC Meeting Minutes page. The Council Secretary is also responsible to take appropriate actions to inform the students in the College of Engineering and University regarding Council’s decisions and activities.
Treasurer
The Treasurer shall transact all financial business and be responsible for keeping accurate and up-to-date records of the financial affairs of the Council. The Treasurer shall also be responsible for creating a budget and providing a year-end report. The Treasurer is responsible for convening at least one meeting per semester to inform the society treasurers and any interested students about the allocations process and deadlines, as well as other funding opportunities from the University.
Allocations Committee
There shall be an Allocation Committee consisting of at least three representatives. The purpose of the committee is to review the prospective projects, events and activities and their proposed budgets. They then recommend to the Student Affairs Board an appropriate allocation of funds provided by the College of Engineering and other resources.
Year Representatives
EUC will hold one member to represent the different classes (Fr, So, Jr, Sr) within the University. The primary responsibility for these officers is to spread information about events to their respective classes and also provide input and feedback on different issues from their classmates.
Faculty Senate Representative
There shall be one student senator to Faculty Senate solely responsible for attending all meetings designated for the student senator by the Faculty Senate and report to the Council upon these meetings. The minutes from these meetings will be then made available on the Faculty Senate Minutes page.
EUC Delegate to the University Park Undergraduate Academic (UPUA), Academic Affairs Committee (AAC)
There shall be one representative to Undergraduate Student Government Academic Assembly. The main responsibility for this position is to act as the liaison for the EUC to the Academic Assembly and Student Council Caucuses. The Representative is a full member of EUC, Academic Assembly, and the Student Council Caucuses and therefore must attend all meetings associated with all three of these organizations. The minutes for the Academic Assembly meetings will be made available on the Academic Assembly Minutes page. The EUC has not formally merged the UPUA Academic Representative Seat with the UFS Seat but may in the future.
Academic Integrity Representative
There shall be one representative to the Academic Integrity Committee of the College of Engineering solely responsible for attending all meetings designated for him/her by the College. Academic Integrity Representative shall be responsible for reporting any changes to academic integrity policies and procedures and also represent the Council in a fair and clear manner at the College committee.
Engineering Faculty Council Representative
The EFC (Engineering Faculty Council) representative is responsible to attend undergraduate studies and EFC meetings. Those meetings mainly review proposals for adding or dropping of courses, prerequisite changes, and other academic related changes. The EFC representative holds the following responsibilities:
Keeping track of those changes.
Voicing out opinions on behalf of the undergraduates.
Ensuring there are no academic changes which will be unfavorable to the students.

Web Administrator
The Web Administrator is in charge of the EUC website's upkeep. Keeping the site updated is a vital part of EUC being able to communicate with other College of Engineering groups.
Hosting Chair
The Hosting Chair is responsible for recruiting hosts and administrating the College of Engineering Hosting Program. This is to provide prospective Penn State Engineering students with a place to stay while visiting the campus.
Public Relations
The Public Relations Chair designs and plans all advertisements for EUC events.
